Sports Injury Rehabilitation – Although you enjoy your chosen sport, there are times when you need to relax those aching muscles or speed up the recovery process from injury. This is where my services are essential, starting with a postural assessment I’ll help you to recognise where your injuries are originated from and the best way to resist those injuries reoccurring. This can be through treatments that I provide or is thought necessary referral to another sports care professional. Using my knowledge of both injury treatment and fitness instruction we will work together to build a more dynamic you.

Sports Massage – Keeping active is a great way to stay fit and healthy, but exercise does take its toll on the body, so why not relax and allow me to make you feel brand new and refreshed. This can be done through sports massage which works deep into the underlying muscle fibres and allows me to reduce and remove aches and pains throughout your body.

Fitness Instruction – Whilst striving to get fit or keep fit, sometimes we’re at a loss as to the best way to maximize results. As a qualified fitness instructor I can create a fitness programme specific to you and your individual needs, working within your optimal personal parameters. These can be tailored to target your goals, whether they’re to tone muscle, build muscle or increase stamina.
